Claim Advisor Pro is a service of IPA Claim Services, LLC. We publish insurance claim guides, the Homeowner Disaster Recovery Manual, the Condo Association Disaster Recovery Manual, and the Claim Advisor Pro web app.

Information you give us: your name and email address when you create an account or buy a manual, your company details if you open a contractor partner account, and the content you add to a claim file — damage notes, photos, documents, policy details and amounts.

Payment information: card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never stored on our servers. We receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.

Technical information: pages visited, browser type, device type and approximate location from your IP address, collected so we can keep the site working and understand which guides are useful.

To deliver what you bought, including emailing download links and keeping your claim file available for the length of your access period.

To answer support questions, honor refunds, and send service notices about your purchase or your account.

To improve the site and the manuals, and to understand which pages and guides people actually use.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share claim file contents with insurers, contractors or advertisers.

Stripe, for payment processing. Base44, which hosts this site and the app and stores account and claim data on our behalf. Email delivery providers, for receipts and download links. Analytics providers, in aggregate and without claim file contents.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

A claim file you create belongs to you. You can delete your claim content at any time by contacting support@claimadvisorpro.com, and we will remove it from active systems. Your access to the app is for one year from purchase, unless you renew.

Backups may retain deleted content for a short period before they are overwritten.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in to the app requires them.

This service is for adults handling property insurance claims. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
